Michael Hicks who heads Asher Prior Bates family and litigation department is a man of many talents.  Not only is he arguably one of the most enthusiastic and understanding of people one would be lucky enough to meet and have dealing with the trickiest of family matters;  but he is also a pretty good cartoonist, not to mention a budding musician.   Outside Asher Prior Bates he can be found performing as Male Vocalist Mr Clementine in shows across Essex, Suffolk and Kent.

When tasked with finding an image of a lawyer for a talk we are planning for the army, Michael leapt to the challenge and drew a cartoon portraying the very perception of a lawyer at work.  A lawyer at work that is, surrounded by piles of paper!
